The activities in the park are very intense, so it is best to bring comfortable clothes and shoes, as well as a swimsuit. If you have water shoes, it will be ideal since you will be in constant contact with water and mud. If you do not have such footwear in our preparation zone you can find the appropriate accessories for the activities.

Yes, each passenger must bring their towel and swimsuit, as well as their personal hygiene and personal care items. If you do not have a towel in our preparation zone, you can purchase one, as well as sunglasses, insect repellent and other personal care accessories.

All the activities in the park can be carried out by children from 4 years old. The minor must remain under the supervision, company and responsibility of their parents or guardians. In case of being under 4 years old, a family member must stay with the infant without carrying out activities.

The minimum age is 16 years accompanied by an adult on the same ATV. In order to drive an ATV alone, it is necessary to be 18 years of age.

In order to ride our horses, it is necessary that the weight of the passenger does not reach 110 kilos or 242.5 pounds. If this standard is exceeded, the visitor will not be able to carry out this activity.

In order to climb and slide on our zip lines, it is necessary that the passenger does not weigh 130 kilos or 286 pounds. If this standard is exceeded, the visitor will not be able to carry out this activity.

All activities in the park involve effort and physical impact on the human body, so they will NOT be able to carry out these activities:

• Pregnant women.
• People with recent operations or surgeries (6 months).
• People with muscle injuries in any part of the body.
• People with a physical disability that prevents them from carrying out the activities.

In our park we have natural water dispensers, however, it does not include flavored or bottled drinks, these can be purchased at an extra cost.

The park only stops its operations and remains closed on January 1 and December 25.

Our park remains open in regular weather conditions of the Mexican Caribbean, such as torrential rain and spontaneous wind. However, the park may stop operations and close in natural disasters such as thunderstorms and hurricanes.

Yes, all our activities and tours include roundtrip transportation from your hotel or meeting point.

Our units regularly pick up and return passengers to the hotel they are staying at. There may be highly variable accommodation exceptions such as vacation rentals or hotels that do not allow access. In these cases, a nearby meeting point is assigned. To confirm this situation, it is necessary to contact customer service to determine which will be the corresponding meeting point.

Our units are unmistakable thanks to their labeling and jaguar skin colors, as well as images and logo of our registered trademark. We have different models of van or minivan duly identified for easy identification.

If for any reason you are in doubt as to who is the person officially authorized by the company to pick up a passenger, you can contact the customer service area and request the name of the operator, as well as the estimated time of arrival at your hotel or meeting point.

If for any reason the passenger is late, does not find the lobby, the meeting point or cannot reach the location and time of the pickup, he will lose the transportation. In this case, you will have to get to the park by your own means, either hiring another private transportation or requesting a taxi service to get to the park.
